We are seeking enthusiastic team members to work as bank team members to support our nursery as and when is required. Depending on your time and commitments, you can work from just a few hours a day up to 40 hours a week, one day a week or a few days a month. No experience necessary, just a love for having fun with children between the ages of 3 months to 4 years.
Barnkids Nurseries are a small group of family run nurseries that believe in everyone. As bank staff, you will work across the nursery setting, with all age groups, caring for the children. With the support of the lovely room leaders you will learn the skills you need to care for the children with ease and confidence.
Day to day you will:
- Learn from and support your team in the delivery of basic care routines, for example; mealtimes, sleep and basic care
- Have fun with the children, helping them to learn through play both indoors and out
- Develop strong bonds with the children and strong relationships with the team
